The cluster meeting on ‘Aviation/Maritime Fuels Biomethane’ organised by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) took place in Brussels (Belgium) on 15 October.
The meeting brought together the beneficiaries of the 36 ongoing Horizon Europe projects focused on the development of renewable fuels in the transport sector, including Research and Innovation Actions (RIA), Innovation Actions (IA) and Coordination and Support Actions (CSA).
CARBIOW project was represented by our coordinator, Beatriz Aberasturi Serrano, from TECNALIA, who in addition to attending the event, presented a poster on the project during the parallel event dedicated to aviation fuels.
Attending these kinds of events is crucial, as they provide updated information on the main policy developments of the European Commission on R&I in the field of aviation/maritime fuels, create synergies between projects and plan joint communication and/or dissemination activities.
